Towing 2000 Saturn with Easy Brake system

I just purchased a new Easy Brake system to tow a 2000 Saturn LS.  My question is:  Does this vehicle require the Brake relay to be installed.  Dealer is closed and will not open before we depart on a trip.  Heeeeeeeeelp!  Thanks.  Bob
