NHTSA Campaign ID Number : 14T016
Synopsis : China Manufacturers Alliance, LLC (CMA) is recalling certain Bluestar LQ225 size 8-14.5 low platform trailer tires manufactured February 24, 2013, to August 9, 2014. The affected tires can develop a sidewall blister on the upper section of the sidewall.

If one moves the trailer a couple of feet wouldn't the upper section sidewall become the lower section?  Just wondering. :)
 
A tire is only flat on it's lower section - why can't you move the flat to the upper section until you can get to a repair shop?
