bsttery relay replacement

There are 2 relays inside a black box,in the outside cabinet above the propane tank,on mr sightseer 26 has anyone replaced then, if so how did you get to them. The cabinet is placed crosswise in the cabinet.and the cabinet is to small to get both my head and arm into at the same time.
