They are amazing, Rodrigo y Gabriela. Have you heard them play STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN?
Great Music!! Mexico is a country of contrasts. Much of the music sucks. Horrible garbage from Sinaloa and sometimes Sonora. Really bad 60's rock. BUT superb Mariachi and these 2 demonstrate that Jazz is alive and well!!! I should add that classical music in Mexico has always been first class.

I had never heard of this duo. I'm blown away by their prodigious repertoire and humble virtuosity. I'll be attempting new licks on my guitars now, including more aggressive percussion----very inspiring!
