Hi everyone,
We will be traveling northern California (this summer), and plan on stopping near Alturas, Ca, somewhere in the Modoc National Forest. Any good campground recommendations in that area? Also, we will be driving from the Redwoods and would welcome input as to the route to the Alturas area. Mapquest has us driving way north into Oregon; we want to stay in Ca, and wouldn't mind a scenic trip! Thanks.
