General Warnings:
1) When running a new power wire anywhere, ALWAYS have a fuse as close to the battery as possible.
2) Route the wire away from heat sources and moving parts.
3) Use the proper gauge wire for the load.
4) Avoid running wire under carpet or other material you walk on.
5) Use lots of zip ties. Don't let it move around.
I have no idea how the Sunseeker is laid out, so I can't be any help on the specifics of your wiring route. :-\
