If I were to install a CB how does a person route the cable to the antenna? I'm not crazy about drilling holes.
Do RVers typically have a CB radio installed?

Very carefully!! Using cabinets, drawers etc where possible to hide the cable. For the final exit to the outside antenna you will have to bite the bullet, but there are waterproof coax fittings available that will do a nice neat sealing job.
