A few years ago when we installed our first anti-sway/WD hitch set-up (Hensley Cub) I read the article in the library on proper set-up and adjustment which was most helpful and again when we installed the Hensley Arrow on our current trailer.  Now I have a new truck with auto leveling and I am wondering if the auto leveling changes anything in the procedure outlined in the forum library.  Thanks.
 
As I understand it, the preferred technique is to disable the auto-level during the set up of the WD mechanism, so that the two systems aren't competing to level out the vehicle as you make adjustments. The auto-level would compensate for extra load on the hitch before you got to measure & adjust the WD, so best/easiest to do it without the auto-level interfering. Once you get it set up right, turn the auto-level back on.
