I bought a Garmin years ago and it is still the best gps. I recently bought a Magellan and after some problems and one return it finally works but then I bought a TOMTOM and tried to use it on 1st 3 week trip and after 1 week boxed it back up. when I returned to Canada I have high speed internet and tried to update the TOMTOM. It wiped out everything and locked up. TOMTOM refused to do anything and suggested I take it back to Canadian Tire but they have a 14 day exchange policy and TOMTOM will not do squat so beware if you do not want to get stuck with a useless piece of junk from TOMTOM.
