Took my car into the shop yesterday to have a leak in the A/C system located so we could schedule next month,, Also routine lubrication service (Engine AND transmission)

Leak turned out to be a loose valve core.. Less than a minute to tighten it.  No charge.

YIPPIE.

A quick easy fix AND a HONEST shop.

You need to get a lottery ticket now.

Sometimes you're the diamond, sometimes the stone.  I know you've had those stone times, so treasure the diamond times you've earned.
 
Well the shop is David's Auto Service,, Used to be Ponsell's in Darien GA on GA hwy 17  They were recommended to me by many when I had other issues I wound up fixing myself.. And I went there when I blew a brake cylinder last Dec.. So I've been visiting them since when I need car work.  They seem to do good and honest work.

Got the oil changed and routine transmission service while at it.  My own oil..120 bucks.
 
General auto repair.. David (new owner,old brake specialist) is still the brakes guy.. I think their shop can handel your C.  Bit small for my A.  They give a small discount to "Locals" (Labor reduction) when I put down the address of the campground he lowered the price.. Since I am stuck here for a while.

I like Michael... By may standarts my Neon is a small car (Though I can get in and out easily) and Michael, Like another Michael (rooney) is kind of compact himself he is my other than brakes and oil change mechanic.
