Greetings all,

Looks like there will be no rally in Redmond this year anyway. Wondering about the future? Thought they had a rally there each year but apparently not.

I'll go to the FMCA and try to see where the next rally might be that I can attend. Best!

FMCA rotates its rallies around the country.  It's so large that there aren't many venues that can handle thousands of coaches which is why you may have thought they always are in the same place.  The next reunion is in Madison, Wisconsin from July 29th to August 1st.  After that the next reunion is March 26-29, 2016 at the Fairplex in Pomona, California.  They're held twice a year.

Ardra,
The march 2016 rally will be in Perry,GA
Perry, Ga., March 17 to 20, 2016:After the last Pomona rally's poor attendance, I wonder if FMCA will ever return to Pomona.

Well, duh.  Ken, good catch!  I was looking at the Feb. 2015 FMCA magazine calendar when I wrote that and it was for March 2015!  I think I read straight from Jan. 2016 Indio rally into Feb. thinking it was 2016 too.  :-[ Glad someone is on their toes.

Greetings,

Thanks for the posts on the FMCA Rallies! The one in Madison, WI Might be fun to go to and fairly close.

While we wont be part of the rally itself, we will be going over for the RV show part of that. Maybe see you there.  8)

Hi cadee2c,

I was looking at the registration prices. I'd probably register using the 2 person (think $185 for both). Need to join the FMCA (which is one of my goals before travel) to get the discount. I don't plan on camping there but mainly just taking everything in and seeing things. Looks like a pretty big place and lots of vendors for various products. Also looks to be easy to get to.

Yes, hope to see you there but if we both go would be nice to try to meet somewhere. Plan on having a forum logo hat, which might make it easier for our members to find one another.

Best!

You can get a day pass for something like $8 or so, no need to register. It wont let you into the meetings or classes, but you can go see the RV show and I believe some presentations.  The hats are a good idea. i'll get one for my DH to wear. He wears the hats in this family. :)

Yes!  We met Bernie and Marlene Dobrin because I was wearing my RV Forum hat at an FMCA rally.  It's a great way to meet other forumites.

I tried to order a forum hat, but was unable to make contact with the guy. He never responded to my emails. Anyone able to help me? Is there something Im doing wrong?

Ardra,

Are you and Jerry going to be in Madison? What about any other forum members you know about? We live only 65 miles from there, but are not going with the coach. We are doing some things to it this year. We might want to visit one of your happy hours!

Thanks,

Stan

Caryl, he's normally quite responsive, so it's possible he's away and offline. I'd drive by and check him out, but we won't be back in CA for another 7-10 days.

My DH and I will be there. We are leaving Friday and will come home on Sunday.

Tom I will give it another shot.

Stan - No, we're not going to attend FMCA at Madison this year.  Too bad we'll miss seeing you.  Have fun for us!
