I would start out with a mild mixture of bleach and water and a small scrub brush. Maybe 10:1. If that doesn't work increase it a little. If the canvas is vinyl coated, I would go 50:50 and rinse real good. You'll need the bleach to kill the mold dead in it's tracks.
