Couldn't find much on this satellite dish. I'm looking for a dish for our 5th wheel. I don't really want a roof mounted United as most of our regular spots are tree covered and I need to movement the dish to get good reception.
Anyone have the G2 and care to share an opinion? We have Directv. My main concern is I have a friend with a previous generation of this with Dish Network and he only gets half of his regular channels, with no local channels. The primary problem is that this dish only receives one satellite and won't switch. At least that's what tech support tells him.
If I get a dish that only gets half the channels it will make me unhappy. Thanks for the help. Added, I know this dish will only receive sd.
