I don't have a Cyclone, but I do have a Bighorn by Heartland. I have heard good and bad about the Cyclones, as well as Bighorns, and Landmarks. It is a young company and I think they have a basically good product, but have lots of quality control issues. It is my understanding that the factory has hired more quality control inspectors and is implementing higher production standards to insure a better product. I have been very unhappy with the unit I have had for the last 11 months, all due to quality of workmanship, not necessarily quality of product. But working with the dealer and through proper channels my issues are being taken care of. I think that if you purchase through a dealer that has or is known for good service that you will be happy with a Cyclone.
