We have a 2000 WB Adventurer and the rear driver side jack will not retract or extend.  The real strange part is that I never put it down (it's down about 4 inches) but now it can't even be forced up.  All the others work fine.  Control panel works fine.  I know NOTHING about the leveling jacks so if you do have some ideas, will you kindly be specific on where to find things (like hoses, solonoids etc.)?  :)

Basically there is a pump and hydraulic reservoir, with a valve and hydraulic line to each jack. In your system, the hydraulics push the ram (leg) down, but the attached springs pull it back. If you manually open the valve or crack open the line to relieve pressure, that jack should come up, assuming its not bent and jammed. Theer is probably a way to do this without disassembling anything, but the deatils depend on the brand of jack system. The most common ones are HWH or Power Gear. What does your control panel say?  Maybe another Adventurer owner knows the trick with yours.

You most likely have an HWH system, find your model number (should be listed in your package of documents on your equipment list) and look up your service manual.  To get the jack up you need to open up the solenoid valve on top of the jack - it should retract due to the springs pulling it up.  The problem sounds like the solenoid not operating for some reason.
