What can I use to seal up a few open areas around my RV windows? What is on there now is a black tarry substance that wasn't applied really well. I have a leak somewhere in the main wall that drips from the rivets above the slide when it rains. Not sure if it's a window leak but we're trying to trouble shoot. Could water get in through the topper awning screw holes? It's definitely something up high but can't find it. The roof is fiberglass and has all been sealed well recently. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
