Wife and I want to fulltime during spring and fall, and spend the rest of the time near our daughter (and not in the RV). We will need somewhere to park the RV, with trailer, during the summer and winter months (3 months each). Does anyone know of reputable places where the RV and trailer can be parked/stored. Preferably in Florida, Texas or Arizona. Information on cost would also be appreciated.
Would even be willing to purchase a small but suitable lot on a site, if that is needed

Many RV parks have storage for a reasonable rate. I live in Florida full time in such a park. $335 per month plus electricity. I think storage is around $60 a month. Many parks have special rates where you can park on the same site all year and get a greatly reduced rate when you are not there.

Numerous RV parks offer up storage and typically it's better and safer than an unmanned storage lot. The RV parks tend to have owners, employees and staff. They keep an eye on the stored rigs, they don't want a bad reputation as being unsafe.

Plenty of storage sites that offer up storage units have outdoor parking and storage, but they often don't have the live aboards and business activities going on of storing in an RV park.

In certain places where boating and boat ramps are popular, you can sometimes get inside storage garages that are designed to hold RV's and/or boats. No one can see from the outside what is stored inside.

I was workamping on Lake Hartwell in South Carolina and Georgia. These enclosed garage storage rentals were wildly popular for boats and RV's. Each owner had their own garage, so it wasn't a shared system, just a row of locked garages up for rent inside a locked gate.
 
There are also plenty of commercial storage yards, some covered, and also self-store places that have vehicle areas. How safe from molestation each may be takes some local investigation.
 
The latest trend is for a company to take over a large warehouse (they're plentiful in many areas) and offer full service indoor RV storage.  You deliver the RV to them at the entrance, they drive it inside and keep an eye on it for you while it's there.  When you want to use the RV you call them, they drive it out of the warehouse and turn it over to you.

Storage is available both for RVs and trailer mounted boats, some of which are almost as expensive as an RV.

It's a little more expensive than self-serve storage, but the advantage is your rig is inside, under cover and no one except the business employees have access to the building.  Many places will even offer to dump your tanks on the way in, keep the rig plugged into electricity to keep the batteries up and wash the rig before you take it out.
