If we are willing to install a driveline disconnect cable, can ANY car be flatwheel towed?

Short answer...... NO!

With a driveline disconnect many REAR WHEEL DRIVE vehicles can be towed "four down". (all wheels on ground turning when towed). Virtually NO front wheel drive cars can use a driveline disconnect. Many front wheel drive vehicles can be towed when using an added on transmission pump. Many other cars can't be towed four down no matter what you do, add, or modify.

As always the owners manual and sites such as Remco will give specifics.
