We have a 2016 class c and we bought a 2013 Ford Edge to pull behind it.  What is a good price to pay for the towing equipment on this car and rv?  We are getting so many different prices we are becoming dumb and dumber.  Thanks you all.  You always give good advice and I appreciate it.

You need a tow bar, base plates (tow brackets) on the Edge, a toad brake system of some sort, and wiring for stop/tail/turn signals while towing.  For the most easy to use variants of all these, probably around $2700-$3100. RV dealer pricing may drive that up even a bit more, so consider buying some or all the components yourself and hire a hitch or general repair shop to install them.

It can be done for somewhat less, e.g. an inexpensive A-frame tow bar instead of the motorhome-mounted type.
