I am looking into buying a 1992 jeep cherokee 4x4 auto 6 cyl, which the seller states the majority (+1/2) of the 187K miles is from towin behind his RV. Question 1) - does anyone know if the miles towed on the 1992 cherokee actually register on the odometer and 2) - any concerns that I should be looking at or into regarding this vehicle being towed for a +/- 90K miles?

Jeep transfer cases when in neutral do not record miles as far as those that I have owned. I don't believe the 1992 did either. I know my 1987 did not.
