Here's a brief review of the Power It (Qinglong) 800 watt/1000 peak generator. I was looking for a small quiet generator and didn't want to pay a premium price for a Honda or Yamaha 1000 watt inverter generator. This 18 pound 2 stroke generator was $188.00 at Walmart Canada. I couldn't find any reviews but was told no units were returned and people were happy with their purchase. Loudness is a relative term and I'm pleasantly surprised at how quiet it runs under a light load. At three feet away you can hold a normal conversation with the gen set lightly loaded. It did power a Little Buddy 825 watt interior car warmer but it sounded like it was running at it's upper limit of 5,000 rpm. Under it's normal anticipated load of four interior lights, a 22 inch tv and a 20 watt amplifier it runs slightly above idle. It will be mostly used to power a battery charger to keep my 12 volt battery topped up when my 15 watt solar panel falls short. Time will tell if it runs for years or turns into a boat anchor within a year but so far it runs great and has a quality feel to it. You're welcome! I forgot to mention this generator meets 2015 U.S. EPA EXH/EVP regs for small off road engines.
