Hello,
My husband and I are planning a trip down the east coast from NC to GA the week of Jan-19-28. We would love to find campgrounds right on the ocean if possible. But we do want to make stops in Charleston and Savannah. We do not pull a toad so we would need camp grounds close enough to the cities to either use public transportation, cabs or rent a cars. We are totally open except we only have a week. So I am looking for any and all suggestions for making this the best week possible . Campgrounds, must -sees including islands, Best places to get local food etc. I know I have come to the right place so please suggest away!
