Problem with Yahoo mail

Hello, I have a problem with Yahoo mail. When I first open it up to read my mail, I get a popup. It is disguised as an attachment. It reads "refresh.json  ws-contacts.progress.yahoo.com "
It seems to wide spread. Have any of you encountered it with your Yahoo mail? If so, how do you get rid of it?

This procedure is on the above site. Let us know if you use it and if it works.

  Procedure to prevent refresh.json ws-contacts-progrss.yahoo.com option is present.
1- open "tools"
2- Open "Internet Options
3- open the "Security" tab
4- access "Restricted Sites"
5- access the "sites" option
6- add the address of the site and close
https://ws-contacts.progrss.yahoo.com
After that you can no longer access that option every time you open your mail Yahoo
