Our local Jeep Club (RJeeps) had an opportunity to transport one of the State's Archaeologists, and the Logandale Trails Recreation Site Stewardship Project to a couple of Rock Art sites last week. It was very interesting, and informative. The State Archaeologist in conjunction with the Logandale Trail System folks are putting together a class to train those of us interested in becoming site stewards the strict rules of site maintenance. The benefit is that there will be opportunities to visit hidden gems not generally known about, A good way to go wheeling and give back at the same time.
