where is the "daytime running lite" module in a 03 bounder w32

The manufacturer of chassis will be able to tell you that but be sure you have the correct year for the CHASSIS (from the VIN) before asking. (Note: The chassis and motor home years will seldom match)!!!
 
I assume you mean W22.  My new 2004 W22 didn't come with DRL  (Daylight Running Lights). Took it back to the dealer and they said only the models sold in Canada came with DRL as standard because they are required by law in Canada.

He said it would be about $100 to install a relay into system to have the lights come on with the engine.  I decided I was able turn the lights on by hand for free.
