Wherever I stop for the day!!!!
I am attaching pics of the side of my 96 Winnebago. I don't know what the spots are, although I think the other spots are where the clearcoat has peeled off. What do I need to do to repair these areas?

Another question: How can I peel the small pinstripes (see pics) off without removing or damaging the decal underneath?

sadly if your clear is blistering there is little you can do about it short of having a body shop sand and respray.

Decal removal, hit up an auto parts store and get yourself  a rubber decal removal ball, you use it in your drill something like this, http://www.amazon.ca/Car-Decal-Removal-Tool-Whizzy/dp/B00OOFCHTO

you will have some pretty crazy decal shadows to deal with.
