It's a 2007 37ft Four Winds Magellan 36Z. Gas Ford V10. GVW 22k Gross Combined (GCWR) 26k.

You must have a 5,000 lb hitch installed on your MH, so it would safe to say that you can pull up to 5,000 lb with that hitch, but you only have 4,000 lb of capacity according to your GCWR.

This is where I got the GVWR from my rig but it doesn't give a towing capacity.

I do have a hitch installed. But it was never used as far as I can tell. And 4k towing? :( Most of the toads are going to weigh that. I wanted to tow my 17' boat on a double decker trailer along with my toad. That will put me close to 7k lbs. :( :(

So you're saying that the difference between the GVWR and the GCVWR is my towing capacity? 26k - 22k = 4k? I would assume it would be best then to get the MH weighed so I know exactly what it should be?

You better make sure to have a 10,000 lb hitch installed on your FORD chassis, if it can handle it !
IMO, I would not tow what you have in mind to tow with the MH that you have.

I figured as much :(  I think I'll just pull a toad and carry a jon boat or an inflatable. :( :(

The max combined weight (GCWR) limits your tow capacity, so the difference between actual coach weight and the GCWR (26,000 in your case) is your upper limit.  But you are also limited by the hitch rating, which may well be 5000 lbs in your case. That would be typical for an F53-based motorhome.

You don't have anywhere near enough coach to tow what you want. A double decker trailer with a toad and a 17 ft boat & trailer is probably more than 7000 lbs. I'd put it closer to 9000.

Have your coach weighed at a CAT scale when ready to travel.  That's loaded and ready to go with as much fresh water as you intend to carry, and a full tank of gas.  The difference between your GCWR, 26,000 lbs, and actual weight, as weighed, is your maximum towing capacity.  As Gary RV Roamer said you're probably too heavy with a stacker but you won't know for sure until you have it weighed.  Then as has been mentioned, you need to take it to a hitch specialist and upgrade your hitch if you intend to pull more than 5,000 lbs.

Your towing capacity is limited by two numbers.  First, as well explained by garyb1st, is the difference between Actual coach wt and GCVWR.  The second is hitch weight rating.  The lower number wins!

Newer vehicles weigh much less than their predecessors.  Most cars today are under 4000#.  You should be able to pull the toad of your choice.
