House battery charge issue fix - 2007 Access

My house batteries were not charging when the engine was running. In addition to that, the coach step would not retract when the ignition switch was in the "ON" position.

Anyone experiencing this issue with a 2007 Access on a Ford E450 chassis, check the fuse panel under the dash to the left of the brake pedal. On my Access it was the 15amp fuse in position 12 that was the culprit. Check this out before you buy a new solenoid. See pic below.
