Slideout rubbing on carpet ?

this may not help but, ;D our slide out did the same thing. I went outside and noticed that the arms that retract in and out have nylon guide plates on top,bottom and both sides, well the bottom one had broken and fell out, causing the slide to be alittle lower and rubbed the carpet, hope this helps.
