Hello, I'm looking for some info on a 2011 Winnie Access Premier 31j. Any info good or bad is welcome. I am told by the owner it originally was a rental when he bought it from a dealer. It has 30k miles and is asking mid $50's  Ford V-10 450 chassis.  Thanks
 
Really the conditions for checking out this motorhome are no different than any other used unit... check out our Library link above for a wealth of articles (including buyer checklists) on evaluating RV's and their systems.  If you are not familiar with RV's in general, it is recommended that you pay a qualified 3rd party inspector/mechanic a few hundred dollars for any rig you are SERIOUSLY interested in.

When shopping for used RV's in particular, keep in mind that year/make/model are not all that important.  Most rigs are built similarly, with the same materials and methods.  What matters is price, floorplan, and condition.  You want all three of those aspects to meet your needs and abilities.  This forum is a great place to learn more as you continue researching and shopping!  :)

EDIT:  Also get used to www.NADAguides.com (click on RV link) to look up ballpark values on used RV's.  Do not add in any "Options" when pricing used models.  A private party sale really should not go above the NADA Low Retail value unless there is a real compelling reason.
