Next year I can just see our shiny red Taurus wagon on the edge of that rim.?

My Admiral, "Oh no you can't!"

Just give the Admiral time.  Sam lead the ride yesterday I was just the navagator.  The White Rim ride paricipants this year consited of Terry Brewer, Al & Vel Woods, Lorna Reiter, Peter Jason, and Sam and I with Sam driving.  The trip took longer than last year, but a good time was had by all.  Terry Brewer and I have now done the White Rim trail in both directions.  Weather was great as was the scenery.

Ron:

Let me explain.

The Admiral would LOVE to go on such a trip.  She has been 40 miles offshore in a 28 foot boat with 12 foot waves, and other great adventures.

But she is quick to point out that "her" Taurus is NOT an SUV and still looks like it came off the showroom floor.  She is concerned that any adventures on non paved roads would not be conducive to keeping "Her" Taurus shiny and scratch free.

That road looked pretty rugged.  Was it as rugged as it looked?  Too rugged for conventional cars?

Too rugged for conventional cars.  Peter drove the White Rim trail yesterday in his MDX which is 4WD also.  Thats ok you and the admiral will be welcome to ride with us in the Grand Cherokee.  Not all of the framily have vehicles for of roading and those that don't and want to go ride with someone else.  I can't remember of anyone wanting to go being left behind.

Great!!  We would trust riding with any framily member at the wheel.  Though I might cover my eyes on the mountain edges lol!

Thanks for the photos Terry. Looks like one heck of a hike.

You people are tearing my heart out.  Wish we were there. :'(

Keep sending the photos so we can re-live the rally from a distance.

OK, Ron, we have to have our own private Moab rally as soon as we are both fit to travel again. Then we can post our own pictures. Of course, we have to get Betty and Terry back also so Betty can organize all of our activities ;D ;D ;D

Ron & Bernie,

We're all missing you both. You can look at our photo gallery any time to see what you missed.

Tom

Yeah, but it isn't the same, specially missing all the framily there at one time. But I'll settle for Ron, Shirley and the girls and we could then look at the pictures  :D :D

Firery furnace looks like good exercise!  Can't wait to join these rallies.  Might take a few inches off the paunch!

Can we get some shots of the rigs?
