Fuses perhaps? Battery switch off? A better description of what you've done, how you've tested, might let someone offer more ideas.

Check your fuses first. Does it have a multi-switch setup on steering column where most things like lights, signals, cruise, wipers, etc., are controlled? If so and cruise control and wipers are on same stalk, that may have a problem.

Does the coach have the "Smart Wheel", i.e. cruise, wiper, etc. controls on the steering wheel? If so, there is probably a problem with the wiring harness for the wheel or the controller module for it. Not all that unusual as the rig ages.
