I see that your post was more than a year ago but I wanted to share our experience with a XLR boost. We purchased ours, a 2017, in November 2016 and each time we have taken it out, we had problems. Leaks (multiple), water pressure valve, the electric jack broke, etc. Each time we went back to our dealer and FINALLY the shop manager was able to help. We got more than just a shrug and a scratch of the head from him. They agreed to do a complete new inspection and fix anything and everything. At some point, Forest River actually called us. I won't say they had the best customer service and they did put EVERYTHING off on the dealer stating that when a dealer assumes property it is theirs.
My suggestion, make sure that the dealer is willing to cover and take any loss that is not your fault.
