I have installed a Rosco Back up Camera to my 1999 Itasca Suncruiser 35C, I have wired it into the old CB radio harness which supplies power when the ignition is turned on and the camera works perfect. My question: Does the Green trigger wire from the camera harness need to be installed? And if so what if any additional power is this going to supply the camera? Plus does anyone know the correct wire from the steering column(Ford Chassis)  to splice.

I suspect the "trigger wire" is the one that takes a signal from the Reverse/backup relay that lights the backup lights and kicks the camera into action. If you wish the camera to be on all the time then it seems you won't need it as the 12V wire you found does that for you. Can't help with the wire inside but you might look at the chassis fuse panel and locate the fuse/relay used on the backup light system or pick up the wire at the backup light itself and splice in there..
