Now that computers have gotten smart enough to change themselves to synchronize with the daylight savings time, daylight savings time has been changed.  Not to worry.  If you download an application called TZEDIT, you can open up your time zone settings for your computer and change the dates for daylight savings time as beginning the 2nd Sunday in March and ending the 1st Sunday in November.  If your computer does not have this application, you can go to http://www.softshape.com/cham/manual/tzedit.htm or Google the name to find other free sources for the application.

Microsoft has already published the needed hotfix for Windows XP to update the daylight savings time adjustments.  It was in one of the last 2 months critical updates on patch Tuesday.  However, they are NOT going to patch the older versions of Windows.
