2011 Montana High Country

My husband and I recently bought a 2011 Montana High Country 343rl.  We are very please except we are missing the remote for the fireplace.  I have searched through Google and can not find anything.  We have looked all over the fireplace without removing it to try to find the brand and model number.  I am hoping to not to have to remove it to do this.  If anyone can tell me the information for the remote it would be greatly appreciated. 

We have the TV remotes, the ceiling fan remote, stereo remote.  Past the missing remote for the fireplace is there any other remotes I should be looking for?

Hi Joan, welcome to the forum.
I have the same RV as yours. I just went out and checked my remote for the Fireplace. There is nothing on it and nothing on the FP itself. I would call Keystone and ask them who they purchased it from. Do you know You can still use it without the remote?  You can pull the FP out and there is probably manufacturers name there.

You should also have a remote to operate the front landing legs, the rear stabilizer, the awning and all 4 slides. It's all within one remote. Open your front compartment through the small door on the right. Above the battery on the back wall, you should have a electrical component with all kinds of wires coming out of it. That's the receiver for that remote. My remote died three years ago and if I remember right, I called Lippert with the information. I think they still had the remote but it was real expensive. I ended up finding one on Ebay.

The receiver is called Lippert Multi Function 8 Output Receiver #13505.
