:) :) :) :) :) :)PROBLEM SOLVED, AT LEAST FOR THE MOMENT!!  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

I drive a 2007 Monaco Dynasty and Tow a 2008 Chevy Equinox Sport.  I use a Demco Excali-Bar tow bar.
One of the arms/legs of the tow bar is stuck out and I can't figure out how to get it to retract, again.
We are supposed to pull out tomorrow, and I'm really worried about the tow system.
Any help or suggestions?

Welcome to the RV Forum!

You might try WD-40 or another penetrating oil. If the leg doesn't unlock when you press the lever, something is sticking. You might have to get it serviced or replaced.

You might try holding the lever in and giving the end of the leg a smack with a stick of firewood or a rubber mallet.
 
Yes, I've had it serviced and cleaned, but not yet this year. 
I'm going to Camping World today, for service, so, I'll see what they say.
