REV Group announces new and expanded production and customer service facilities

REV Group, makers of Fleetwood, American Coach, Monaco and Holiday Rambler coaches, has announced their plans for expanded production plants and a new Customer Service facility in Decatur, IN. Also a 4th regional customer service center in Nevada.  Some of this was made known previously, but the latest press release summarizes all the actions underway in 2016. Most are either already complete, or near completion.

I think it is a good sign that they are spending more on customer support. They have just opened the one close to me at S W, 5201 Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Alvarado, TX 76009. This is just south of Fort Worth.

I like what they are doing as well. Especially customer support, an often overlooked area.
