I posted a short time ago about changing our table location from the isle to a dinette to improve the access to the rear of the van.  Joanne has now jazzed up the new dinette table with a new quilted cover when the table leaf is folded under the table.  She quilted a checker and tic-tat-toe board into the new cover and making easy to stow cloth "chips" to use on the boards.  Multi tasking the table.  Taking a grand daughter dry camping with us soon and this will surprise her.

Being a woodworker I have always loved to read Wooden Boat magazine.  Many ideas on putting lots of stuff in a small space with large amounts of wood and varnish.  I used many years of reflecting on that great magazine and its sail boats as my inspiration for the van.

Tom, I'm like you when it comes to woodwork. ;D I do have a special skill though- I can make a crooked cut with a radial arm saw. ::)
