Momentum toy hauler - jacks/slide problem

When I put Jacks down or slides out no problem. When I retract slides or jacks they will go so far and stop, let off button they will move some more. Keep repeating until finish. Anyone have idea what can be wrong. Didn't do this when first purchased. Year of rv is 2014. Thanks for any help
