Looking for this particular cargo carrier to use as a bike rack on my travel trailer. This carrier u-mounts to the actual frame on both sides of the bumper. This is not a bumper mount. We currently have a Swagman bike rack that is mounted on the bumper and it is about to rip the bumper off the trailer. 
I saw this rack on a class A while camping (owners weren't around that weekend) and then saw something similar on a TT online. Even called the dealer to find out if she could tell me the manufacturer of the rack. No info provided as the TT came from the manufacture with the rack already attached.
