HELP I am going out of my mind. Is there anyone in this forum who is currently or previously towed a trooper.. I have been told NO you can't flat tow a trooper, then mechanics and installers of towing equipment say sure you can. Remco says no but Roadmaster sell base plates for 98 troopers, as do other companys.
I am a rookie, I have a 37' Coachmen Santara, and as you have figured out by now I have a 1998 Isuzu Trooper, I have to make a decision tow bar or dolly, dolly solve one problem but create another (cost). I see the ease and simplicity of a tow bar and I like it.
I am hoping some of you tried and true long time RVERs can tell me YES I towed mine all over the US, OR HELL NO don't do it and why you say either of the options..Thanks sorry to be so long winded but this is a big expense for me. Don
