check the hoses under your sink. Assuming it's one of those flip over sinks, often you'll find less than ideal routing.
I tried adding a vent to the drain line just outside, and found that it didn't help.
Others have reported cutting the strainer webs in the bottom of the sink drain opening help, but I never wanted to go to those lengths....

Test how it drains w/o the strainer. If it flows better look for a different strainer style.
