RE: Even-Brake owner installation compliment

I just wanted to pass the word that as a motorhome owner who has tried to stay on the flat and level for the last two years, it is nice to now have brakes on my four down Jeep allowing me the option to take to the passes.  I picked up an Even-Brake proportional supplemental brake at my local RV dealer parts counter and chose to install it myself.

I watched a few videos on-line, read this and other forums before I started and went to work crawling under and through our Cherokee.  Even though the instructions were relatively detailed, some of the technical terms were confusing to me so and had to call RoadMaster three (3) times and each time the staff were friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable.  Another interesting note is that the longest I was on hold was about 20 seconds.  I don't know how this compares to other RV product manufacturer's but I have to rate Roadmaster Incorporated as very customer friendly.

No, I don't work for or know anyone at Roadmaster.  They just earned this Kudo!
