I am brand new to the world of RV's. I stumbled on to this site while looking for help/advice.
I was just given what is believed to be a 1975 Chevy Midas Mini. I have looked all over the place and can not much information at all on this vehicle. I know the basics, it's a Chevy Van 30 with a 350 in it... I don't know much else at all. When I got it, it ran like a champ. It started first turn of the key every time. However the last time I went out to start it, there was nothing. Not a click or anything. After some work I would some melted wiring under the dash (brown wire) according to a diagram found, this wire is labeled "batter accessory" which is consistent with the only part of the fusebox that did not light up with the test light.
Does any one have any form of information at all on these RV's? I really know next to nothing about them. I'm looking to bring it back to life, just interested to know what I'm getting myself in to.
