I just purchased a 2000 Itasca Horizon. The power management display shows 88 amps in all and any conditions. The A/C doesn't work even if the unit is plugged in to a 50 amp service. The blower runs but no cooling.  I am new to this Itasca any advice is appreciated.

I think your display is showing all segments of the display lit up, hence the "88".  Could be an issue with the display or with the module that it connects to in the AC breaker panel.

According to the manual for the display, if its showing strange characters then you should check the 3 Amp fuse on the control module, then check the 4 pin cable that comes into the back of the display for tightness and proper voltages (12v on pin 1, ground on 2 and 3, and ground on 4 when display off and 12v when switch is pressed.

Beyond that will require digging into possible cable shorts and either the display or the control module failing.
