Hi RVers,

My spouse and I are newbies. We're thinking about buying our FIRST RV. We would love to get some recommendations from you guys.

Here are our situations:

1. Just two of us, no kids and no pets;

2. We love the idea of boondocking, so maneuverability is one of our major concerns;

3. We're not ready for full-time yet, but someday, we definitely will be;

4. If possible, we would like to take two mountain bikes with us;

5. We enjoy cooking; External connection for cooking would be awesome;

6. We're from NYC, living in suburban though; As to size, smaller better;

Any advice is more than welcome.

Cheers,

T&Z

Hi & welcome to the RV Forum.

There are literally hundreds of trailers and small motorhome models that could work for you. Nothing you mentioned is unusual or hard to find.

Portable gas grills are easy and small portable LP tanks are easy to use, sometimes more conveniently than a hose to the RV's external port. Most RVers have them of one type or the other. Sometimes both.
