Screen door slide

Not really a reno question but I was not sure where else to post this.

The slider on our screen door pops off frequently. Has anyone come up with a good fix for that?

We are talking about a clear panel that slides for access to the door handle from inside? It's usually just a piece of lexan with a couple holes drilled in it. Yours may be slightly worn or undersized. Get a new, slightly larger piece of lexan cut and then drill matching holes for the handle. The piece flexes enough to pop into the grooves. Most hardware stores and home centers will cut lexan to your required size. Just measure carefully.
