Questions for all you well-traveled folks about Pismo Beach (the town, not any specific campground):
(1) Does the winter include wind gusts like northern coastal towns (like Seaside, Oregon) get, or does being in southern CA moderate that?, and
(2) Is anyone familiar with its public transit system? Most of CA doesn't know what public transit is, but maybe Pismo Beach and surrounding is an exception to most of CA.
