I'm getting these shots at Congowingo Dam in MD,theres about 30-40 live there year round but in nov,dec-there can be up to 3-400 eagles,that migrate from up north to congowingo,In 2009 they estimated 600 eagles at the dam.At the top of the dam they have all these bait fish and when the turbines come on to let water out,it sucks the bait fish and stuns or kills the fish and release the water and fish out at the bottom of the dam where the eagles are waiting,
